What is the Philadelphia Standard?

Theoretically I’d like it to be a future publication that explores art, local and national politics, technology and cultural criticism. But I’d also like to not do that on Substack. Right now it’s where I publish stuff that is too big to submit anywhere decent or articles that got rejected cause they were too good.
